CONTACT is a 24-hour crisis, information and referral line a telephone answering service for various community agencies. Information and referrals are provided through a contract with the Board, and crisis hotline service is provided through a contract with CCS. The hotline serves as the entrance into the emergency services system, especially during evenings, holidays and weekends.
