Housing Assistance Program The Board receives an allocation for housing assistance from the Ohio Department of Mental Health. This program provides rental subsidy for consumers as a transition to independent living. The Board contracts with DelMor Dwellings to manage the HAP Program, as well as, Board owned housing.
